Solid ring needle roller bearing

Reliable ring needle roller bearings have a small and high load carrying capacity. Depending on the application, they can be divided into bearings with or without inner rings. A solid ring roller bearing consists of one or two rings and a needle roller set with a cage. Therefore, the physical bearing needle roller bearing can meet the requirements of lightweight, small footprint, and high transmission power.

The primary structure type of this needle bearing:

The inner ring and the outer ring (with a locking ring, complete set of needle roller and cage) can be installed separately. The permission speed is high and can be divided into a single row and a double row.

This needle bearing has no inner ring and is suitable for the support structure with limited radial installation dimensions. The journal that matches the needle bearing directly acts as the rolling surface. At the same time, since there is no inner ring, the diameter of the shaft can also be appropriately increased, which also increases the rigidity.

The inner ring of this type of bearing is wider than the outer ring, which allows the bearing to ensure good sealing and avoid bearing contamination when the shaft is slightly displaced concerning the needle-bearing housing. The inner ring of the bearing also has a lubrication hole, which can be relubricated by the outer ring or the inner ring according to the needs of the configuration.

Drawn cup roller bearings are designed to support radial loads and reduce friction between rotating parts. Stamping bearings have a small cross-section and can provide maximum load capacity in the smallest space. It is easy to press it into the bearing seat during installation. It is very convenient. The needle roller bearing has two designs full-load needle roller and belt cage, both with a stamped outer ring. As the outer race of the needle roller, the needle roller type stamped outer ring needle roller bearing has the most significant number of needle rollers and is retained by the stamped outer ring. The cost is low, and the radial load carrying capacity is ample. The standard cage type stamping is external. A cage of needle bearing that partially encloses all or part of the rolling elements and moves along with the needle bearing components to isolate the rolling elements, usually also guiding the rolling elements and holding them in the bearings. When the shaft and the bearing housing can be used as raceway surfaces, they can be used as a set of independent bearing elements. The needle bearing has a small cross-section but has a high load capacity, so it is very suitable for bearing arrangements with limited radial space.

Thrust surface needle roller bearings can be selected according to the use of different occasions, the use of bearings or needle roller and cage assembly without the inner ring, at this time with the bearing journal bearing surface and the housing hole surface directly as the bearing inner and outer rolling surface, to maintain the load capacity and running performance are the same as those of a bearing with a ring bearing. The hardness of the raceway surface of the shaft or shell hole, the machining accuracy, and the surface quality should be like the raceways of the bearing ring. One-way bearing, one-way needle roller bearing, one-way needle roller clutch, various types of HF, HFL, FC, FCB, RCB, RC, F, IWC, EWC, DC, CSK, CKB (B200), ASNU, CKA, FWD, NF.

The internal and external structures can be flexibly changed according to different demands. The outer ring is made of precision stamping alloy steel. After special treatment, the wear resistance is enhanced to have a strong bearing capacity. The retainer uses PA66 high toughness to guide a 2μm needle roller for better bearing rigidity and precise rotation performance, and maximum torque transmission.

The perfect design allows one-way bearings, one-way needle roller bearings, and one-way needle roller clutches to operate long-term within the temperature range of -30°C to 120°C. The cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used for large motors, machine tool spindles, front and rear engine support shafts, train passenger carriages, shaft support, diesel engine crankshaft, automotive tractor gearbox, etc.
