Yutung Nonferrous metals casting, aluminium casting, copper foundry customize engineering drawing mechanical parts, located in the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta. Our foundry occupies an area of 50 acres and a building area of 33,000 square meters, with an annual output of 5,000 tons of aluminium and copper metal castings production base.

The aluminium foundry has sand casting aluminium, gravity casting, low-pressure casting, high-pressure casting, V casting and other production processes, with an annual output of 3,000 tons of aluminium castings production capacity, and has now formed a yearly scale of more than 1,500 tons.

Cast aluminium is the most widely used method of forming aluminium. We have a few processes for casting, sand casting, gravity dies casting, and V casting.

Aluminum Sand Casting

This is the most widely used aluminium casting mould method where virtually any pattern can be pressed into a fine sand mixture to form a casting mould into which the aluminium is poured. Sand casting is economical and ideally suited for one-time prototypes, small quantities, or when a complex design is required. We also have a reputation for delivering high-quality results for large or irregular-shaped castings.

Gravity Die Casting

Gravity dies casting in which molten metal is forced into a steel casting die under pressure is usually used for high volume production. This very effective aluminium casting method can produce correct parts requiring a minimum of machinery.

Gravity die casting produces a wide range of aluminium products of different sizes and shapes.

A primary advantage of gravity die casting is its repeatability and cost-effectiveness.

All grades of aluminium can be manufactured by using either the sand casting process or aluminium die casting. To ensure grade consistency, we can make the most appropriate aluminium grades for projects and our quality control procedures.
