We cooperated for a few years, and now they are asking for a new item- EPDM profile for the seal of marine application.
Commonly for rubber seal extruding profile, we always use EPDM, it has good performance for the application.
After we received the drawing, we did the drawing evaluation by our engineer regarding the hardness, size tolerance, etc, and it is within our production scope. We checked the material, size with tolerance, etc., and evaluated the manufacturing process.

EPDM Rubber Profile Application

The extrusion profile is manufactured based on the customer’s drawings and specifications. The cross-section size for this project is 50 mm × 50 mm.
