Introduction
We recently completed a repeat order for custom stainless steel investment casting bars for a customer in Thailand.
The components were produced using the silica sol investment casting process, followed by precision finishing to ensure dimensional consistency and durability.
The order was a repeat production based on the customer’s updated drawing, with this batch manufactured in the 14 mm diameter specification.
Production Result
The total order included 800 pieces of stainless steel casting bars.
Each component features a long profile with multiple serrated slots, requiring stable casting quality and consistent dimensional control.
After casting and inspection, all parts were carefully packed in a reinforced wooden crate for export shipment.
The finished products met the customer’s technical requirements and were prepared for delivery.
