Project Overview
This project involved the production of custom stainless steel bolts for an industrial customer in Panama.
The fastener assembly includes one bolt, one washer and one insert, manufactured according to the customer’s design and assembly requirements.
Material – AISI 316 Stainless Steel
The bolts were produced using AISI 316 stainless steel, a material known for excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments such as marine and chemical applications.
Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process included:
- metal stamping for initial shaping
- precision machining for accurate dimensions
- assembly of bolt, washer and insert
- dimensional inspection and quality control
This process ensures reliable fastening performance and stable mechanical properties for industrial equipment.
