Custom Forged Steel Parts

This project involves the manufacturing of custom forged steel parts supplied to a client in Australia. The components are produced through the forging process to achieve improved strength and durability compared with conventional casting methods.

Forging allows the metal grain structure to be aligned with the shape of the part, resulting in enhanced mechanical properties and resistance to fatigue. These characteristics make forged components suitable for demanding mechanical and automotive applications.

The forged parts are manufactured according to client drawings and specifications, and the project continues with repeat production orders due to stable quality and reliable supply.

Yutung Industrial provides customized forging solutions for industrial and automotive metal components based on customer requirements.

Process

Custom steel forging process. Make the inner drilling with a simple bore drilling machine.

The client will do the precision machining when they received the products.

Application

It is used in the auto industry.

Actually, we do not really care about where the parts will be used when we accept the order.

We will ask for the drawing which includes the material, size, shape, heat treatment, and surface treatment to choose our manufacturing process methods. The clients also can give us instructions on the manufacturing processes.

For metal, we have the foundry casting process, forging process, stamping process, sintering process and so on.

Recent production batches were completed and additional orders are scheduled.

Packing

By carton shown in the picture. It is made of poly-wood which is friendly for the customs.

Wrapped by strips.

Delivery

By ocean.

Commonly, if the product is more than 100kgs, it is better for ocean shipment.
